Thank you for visiting my website! I’ve been interested in resin art for some time, it’s a craft that takes time and patience to learn, yet the possibilities are endless. Creating resin art is done either through a ‘clean pour’ – carefully planned and applied colours, or a ‘dirty pour’ where several colours are mixed, applied, and we wait to see what happens! I use wood, slate, and reusable silicon moulds for my art.
Please have a look through my resin art and feel free to contact me to check dates for upcoming craft fairs.
Products
Clocks
Made on a wooden base, applying different resin colours in layers. The waves are added last and the effect is created using a heat gun. Clock hands are interchangeable.
Small: £20.00 Large: £25.00
slate clocks
Slightly heavier than my round clocks – these reclaimed slate clocks can be either beach themed or simply have a clear resin layer to showcase the natural colour of the slate.
£25.00
Tealight holders
In a set of three, these can be a cosy addition to your home. Great for tealights or battery-operated lights, perfect for adding a pop of colour.

wine caddies
These are a great gift idea. Simply pop a caddy onto the neck of a wine bottle and you can add two wine glasses for a fun looking dinner table.
£8.00 each
coasters
These are created using either silicon moulds or direct onto cork-backed tiles. Coasters are either in a set with a box, or single.
£2.00 each
shells
These are made using reusable silicon moulds. Shells are great little trinket holders – for cufflinks, earrings, coins, keys, etc. Some are even glow-in-the-dark!
Mick Caulkin worked at sea and ashore in the maritime industry for over 40 years. Having traveled the world, he’s now retired and lives overlooking Southampton Water. When he’s not on the golf course, Mick enjoys creating resin art with coastal themes reflected in his product designs and colour palettes.
Mick’s art includes a range of coasters, clocks, shells, and tealight holders. Each with its own unique pattern, no two products are the same.
